Our application process

Our application process

Our application process is 2 stages. Initially there is the screening stage where you will be asked general questions about your experience for the role over a quick informal 10-minute phone call. We then put you forward for a face-to-face interview with the hiring manager.

We want to do all we can to create an environment and recruitment process where people feel safe and comfortable talking about disability. For any reasonable adjustment requests as part of the recruitment and assessment process, please contact Roisin at ReasonableAdjustments@parkdean-resorts.com

We work fast with our application processes. Ideally you will hear back within 24 / 48 hours via email confirming if you have been successful for the second stage of the application process.

You will receive an email immediately confirming your application has been received. Please add our careers email to your email list as this will prevent any emails going to your spam and junk folders.

Within 24 /48 hours you will hear back from our recruitment team if you have been successful or unsuccessful.

Be positive, bring the right attitude and don't forget a holiday park environment is fast paced and fun so bring the energy!

You can - although we encourage you to apply to the jobs that you feel best match your skills, experience and interests. Similarly, if you apply for a role and are unsuccessful, you are welcome to apply to another role that may be a better fit instead.
