I came to Cayton Bay 21 years ago as Entertainments Manager and my proudest moment was becoming General Manager for the park. I just fell in love with holiday park life.
I’ve found my feet here - no two days are the same and I love it. My proudest achievement has been completing my apprenticeship programmes.
The recognition at Parkdean Resorts is amazing and you feel good about what you’re doing. There are lots of opportunities to progress and develop your career.
I absolutely love people and I have a real passion for developing the managers I work with. I love seeing people blossom into the leaders that they are.
