Team Engagement Survey Results 2024
We’re delighted with our Team Engagement Survey results, with engagement higher than ever, and 15% higher than the industry average for the hospitality sector. 👏
In total, almost 6,500 full-time team members completed the survey, a 12% increase in participation from 2023.
