About the role

As Holiday Home Sales Manager at Trecco Bay, you’ll lead a high-performing team, drive marketing and sales strategies, and ensure every customer enjoys a seamless journey from park tour to ownership.  

From day one, you'll receive tailored support to set you up for success - including attendance at our industry-leading Sales Academy, a hands-on induction to learn the unique selling points of your park, and time spent with top-performing Sales Managers across the business. You'll also benefit from dedicated leadership training, ongoing on-park support, regular check-ins, and easy access to your Regional Sales Manager. As part of a wider network of Sales Managers, you’ll be fully supported in your growth, development, and long-term success. 

Lead and inspire your team to exceed targets by using your expertise to coach, develop, and drive performance. You'll manage stock, analyse sales data to optimise results, and ensure the day-to-day operation runs smoothly - all while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for customers, team members, and visitors alike. 


About you

Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for people and proven experience in holiday home sales? If you’re a confident, experienced leader who knows how to inspire and get the very best from your team - keep reading. 

You’ll be leading a large team including Sales Advisors, Administrators, and supporting park teams such as Reception and Maintenance, so strong people management skills are essential. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment where building relationships is key - working closely with owners, cross-functional teams, and leaders across the business to deliver an exceptional service and make holiday home ownership dreams a reality here at Trecco Bay.
