Park Training and Development

If you’re a holiday hero working on 1 of our 65 holiday parks across the UK, we have pieced together a career pathway that clearly demonstrates how you can achieve your career goals, fulfil your true potential, and transform your career using the development programmes available to you.

Each park programme has been designed to align with our values and are delivered at Pace with impactful content. Our group sessions are fun and interactive, delivered by experienced trainers who care about your development and success.

Training Workshops Be Better Than Me Best in Field Best in Complex

Training Workshops

We have a number of exciting workshops around a number of topics that team members can undergo whenever they choose. These include:

Be Better Than Me

Be Better Than Me is a 12-month programme designed to develop our Head Of Departments into future Assistant General Managers. The programme is interactive so all delegates will be encouraged to get involved and ask questions to our Senior General Managers, bringing some realism to the role they want to develop into.

The Senior General Managers will also play a mentoring role supporting each of the delegates throughout the programme.

Best in Field

Best in Field is a 7-month programme designed to develop our Assistant Activities and Leisure Managers into future Activity and Leisure Managers. The programme is interactive and consists of face-to-face workshops with Subject Matter Experts to support online learning.

Best in Complex

Our Best in Complex programme aims to retain and further develop our high performing and high potential team members and supervisors who have career ambitions to progress into a Retail Management position.

This is achieved through a combination of formal training in both a face to face and virtual setting, in addition to valuable experience in role and greater exposure within their park setting.

Central Support Training and Development

It’s not just our parks teams that can benefit from round the year training and development. If you’re interested in joining our fantastic Central Support Team based in either Leeds or Newcastle, we have pieced together a career pathway that clearly demonstrates how you can achieve your career goals, fulfil your true potential, and transform your career using the development programmes available to you!

Management Masterclass

The Aspire Management Masterclass is an immersive experience where you will delve deep into management techniques and dedicate two days to you and your personal development.

The course follows topics such as decision making, effective coaching, wellbeing, people management and much more over two full days.

Sales and Advanced Selling

A fantastic 3.5-hour course that will have you selling the dream in absolutely no time! This programme supports you in learning how to drive sales based on business needs. It covers topics such as the conversation cycle, buying motives, questioning techniques, and making the offer.
