What you will be doing... 

 

  • Champion the guest and owner experience by turning feedback into actions that improve service, performance and satisfaction
  • Support the team in meeting and exceeding guest experience targets 
  • Help train and develop the experience team to deliver exceptional service 
  • Manage telephones during operational hours to ensure seamless communication 
  • Host unforgettable forums, drop-ins, and social events that delight your park’s community   
  • Support in the management of budgetary costs for owner sales and monitor and maintain effective cost controls
