As our Café Assistant, you'll be the friendly face that brings smiles to our teams! You'll deliver excellent service while serving up delicious food and drinks across our café. Your mission is to create a welcoming atmosphere where everyone feels at home. With your energy and enthusiasm, you'll help make every visit a delightful experience.

What you will be doing...

•    Using a till to take orders and process payments.
•    Engage with customers, informing them of current offerings.
•    Prepare & clean tables within the Cafe. 
•    Actively participate in food preparation and customer service.
•    Support multiple service channels, including in-cafe and click & collect.
•    Provide the highest standard of cooking and service. 
•    Operate in line with brand standards
•    Maintain knowledge of the menu & specs.
•    It is your responsibility to report any weakness or breach that you identify within the Company’s information systems or services (even if only suspected).
•    Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility, and you have a duty of care for your own health and safety and that of your colleagues, guests, and visitors. You must report any concerns and co-operate with management to enable it to comply with its health and safety and safeguarding accountabilities.  


Some of the skills and experience we are looking for:

•    Able to work in a fast paced and high-pressure environment.
•    Excellent customer service skills.
•    Positive and enthusiastic nature. 
•    Confident communication skills & able to work well in a team.
