What you will be doing...
• Lead and inspire the café team for smooth operations.
• Engage in food preparation and customer service.
• Manage budgets, payroll, and stock levels efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food quality.
• Train and develop team members to enhance service.
• Conduct regular meetings and collaborate on events.
• Support various service channels, including in-café and click & collect.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and monitor food quality.
Some of the skills and experience we are looking for:
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on health and safety.
• Experience in food service or hospitality management.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards and customer satisfaction.
• Food hygiene level 3
