The Customer Insight Executive will be responsible for carrying out customer and market surveys and understanding behaviour trends to help define customer and brand strategy. They will have good understanding of our customers in both the holidaymaker and holiday home ownership markets, assisting the Head of Analytics and Acquisition analyse and define business opportunities and challenges.

What you will be doing...
- Assist and with customer insight strategy and tools.
- Manage insight projects, including primary research (customer feedback, NPS) and customer analytics.
- Maintain customer metrics for Parkdean Resorts to enhance and understand customer behaviour, lifecycle, and customer segments and demographics for both holidaymaker and holiday home owners.
- Assist in interpreting and translating the results into recommendations for our internal stakeholders to actively drive product development, customer engagement, marketing campaigns and retention.
- Manage the relationship with external partners for qualitative and quantitative research.
- Work closely the Head of Analytics and Acquisition to understand shareholder issues, translate them into insight briefs, and use the results to shape their strategy.
- Contribute to the preparation and delivery of regular brand and market insight updates at Business Franchise and Enterprise levels.
- Help manage consumer and customer insights activities that fulfil business customer marketing campaign requirements.
- Support the wider team in customer profiling, and subsequent product and service offering
- Continuously celebrate success and achievement with the team, ensuring a high level of consistent engagement
- Consistently seek out new personal development opportunities including pre-existing courses found in the internal training brochure
- Ensuring quality, compliance and Health & Safety standards across Marketing.
Some of the skills we’re looking for:
- Appropriate degree or professional qualification and skill demonstrating insight and analytics.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- An understanding of Qualitative and Quantitative research.
- Good ability to interpret results from sources such as Excel and focus group transcripts.
- Project management experience.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and proof-reading skills.
- Strong planning and organisational skills.
- Flair for creative writing and developing creative artwork.
- Good presentation skills.
- Exceptional relationship skills.
