What you will be doing...
- This is a great opportunity to join our award-winning email marketing team, playing a pivotal role in developing innovative email campaigns that drive engagement and enhance guest and owner experiences. This means:
- Working within an award-winning email marketing team to plan, manage and deliver marketing campaigns using the latest technology to drive commercial objectives.
- Work as a core member of the marketing team in a fast-paced and exciting environment.
- Produce exciting and engaging copy and have strong proofing expertise which is suitable for digital communications.
- Build a strong understanding of our audience.
- Record and analyse email marketing statistics, provide regular campaign performance reports, keeping documentation up to date for the senior management team.
- Plan and run campaign testing as part of a continual improvement plan.
- Gather, analyse and interpret continuous intelligence including industry trends and competitor activity.
- Assist with any other marketing activities required by the Email Marketing Manager.
Some of the skills and experience we’re looking for...
- Strong copy writing and proofing skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Microsoft Office.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills.
- Have a genuine interest in digital and campaign marketing.
- Team player with positive attitude.
- Appropriate degree or professional Marketing qualification.
- Experience of leisure or travel industry.
- Experience of using Enterprise Email Platform and working with customer databases.
