You will support Central Office departments with their daily affairs, ensuring smooth business operations. As the face of our office, you’ll be friendly, approachable, and have an excellent telephone manner. You’ll stay organised, think ahead, and confidently manage multiple tasks.

What you will be doing...
• Operate switch board and deliver amazing customer service
• Greet visitors
• Coordinate deliveries and manage car parking
• Manage diaries and meeting rooms
• Book taxi and car hire
• Manage stationary orders
• Distribute post and parcels
• Key holder duties
• Support with organising events
• Conduct reception training
Some of the skills and experience we are looking for:
• Exceptional customer experience
• Face to face and verbal communication essential
• Ability to work with word and excel with confidence
• Work on own initiative and have the ability to be flexible across the working day
• Responsible for all reception and customer related areas
• Meeting rooms, facilities and preparation
• Ability to adapt to all visitor needs and wants across the business
• Organised and focused, with a planned approach
• Good attention to detail, the little things matter
