Junior Content Editor Specialist

We are looking for someone just starting out in content production/web editing to join our Content Production Team. This role will be an essential part of content production workflow and responsible for the day to day editing and updating of our web properties, to ensure content is up-to-date, accurate and in line with business trading and promotional needs.

This is a great role for someone with Web CMS editing experience who wants to continue to develop their skills and work closely with content specialists, experience designers and development squads to bring the Parkdean experience to lo life online.

Bringing an attention to detail and commercial focused mindset to the team, you will support the continuous improvement of all of our digital experience. This role will sit in our Content Production Team, working with our other content specialists reporting to our Content Product to create the best online holiday buying experience for our customers.

You will be a passionate about user focused content editing and creation, solving customers problems and using the power of content to help create amazing holiday memories.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Day to day editing and updating of web content across an number of different web properties
• Ensure our content is up to date and accurate
• Form a key part of our web content updating and production workflow
• Work with our content producers to support our online experience strategy
• Work alongside our Content Production Team and with the Content Product Manager to plan and execute our content roadmap, and ensure we are delivering to our deadlines
• Use evidence, data and research to help define user needs and support content production decisions
• Making sure appropriate content appears in the right place at the right time in our customer journeys
• Upload, create and publish content using our digital experience platform (Sitecore 10)
• Champion user-centred design practices and advocating for accessible products and services
• Using problem-solving skills to help the team challenge assumptions and solve design problems
• Support the end-to-end content production process for Parkdean as part of our Content Production Team
• Support the implementation of content creation working with our wider teams to support our SEO and Digital Marketing goals
• Help create and articulate content briefs working with our commercial, product and retail teams to best tell the story of a Parkdean holiday and holiday home ownership to our customers to make their digital journey as easy and rewarding as possible
