Lead Marketing Executive - Holiday Home Sales
Creating and supporting a top rate customer experience
As a Holiday Home Sales Lead Marketing Executive at Parkdean Resorts, you’ll help create a market leading customer experience through personalised experiences within Holiday Home Sales. You’ll be the lead on key Holiday Home Sales projects that support our parks in delivering sales conversion and you’ll identify potential for improvements that can really transform how we operate that result in profitability, customer satisfaction and loyalty.

You’ll be joining the fast paced and driven Holiday Home Sales Marketing team, where you’ll have the chance to make an instant impact. By taking the lead on key projects you’ll help us to gain market share and stand out from the competition by delivering an experience that goes beyond a customer’s expectations. With a constant proactive approach, you’ll help to constantly adapt and improve our offering to both customers and parks.
This role is also responsible for managing a Marketing Assistant.
You’ll be brilliant at:
- Managing Citnow – our video and photography app across all parks to ensure a high standard of videos and customer/Owner engagement
- Ad-hoc project management such as new initiatives and new products/developments across the PDR estate
- Be the web lead for Holiday Home Sales and work closely with the web team to continuously improve customer experience and ensure all information displayed is correct and on brand
- Lead on processes within HHS marketing to make efficiencies where possible, while always improving the experience for the customer
- Working with creative and print agencies to create work that is on-brand and of a high standard
- Supporting parks with key challenges, whether that be driving more leads, increasing sales conversion or improving customer experience
- Raising POs and providing help with managing the Holiday Home Sales marketing budget
- Arranging regular park visits to check showgrounds and POS, as well as having on-park meetings to plan and review marketing activity. Acting as the main POC with the parks you are responsible for.
You’ll also have:
- At least three years of experience in marketing with a strong focus on effective customer journeys
- A strong and proven ability to work across multiple communication channels
- Brilliant project management, copywriting, proof reading and communication skills
- Ability to juggle numerous projects and deadlines at once
- A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- A flexible approach to working hours and days
- A full driving licence and the ability to commit to travelling within the UK
