To work as part of the Holiday Homes Sales Marketing team to deliver park marketing materials whilst supporting the development and consistency of the Parkdean Resorts HHS brand. This covers all of our parks in a wide range of communications and channels from point of sale to signage through to social media, and more.
The Role:
- Work with the Marketing Manager to deliver marketing activity and projects to deadline and within budget
- Become a park expert, updating marketing materials and ensuring all marketing activity is developed working with parks to both generate ideas and resolve issues
- Manage and co-ordinate the production and delivery of park signage along with marketing materials
- Support with wider marketing initiatives and campaigns such as launching offers and promotions and supporting social media campaigns
- First point of call for parks requiring support with the promotion of marketing material
- Support the wider marketing team with administration duties and invoicing systems and procedures
- Consistently seek out new personal development opportunities including pre-existing courses found in the internal training brochure.

- On occasion you may be asked to perform additional duties or duties unrelated to your role after appropriate training has been given
- You have a duty to safeguard your own health and safety and that of your colleagues, customers, and visitors. You also have a duty to co-operate with Management to enable it to comply with its health and safety duties.
Person Specification:
- Experience of working within a marketing function or higher education obtained relating to marketing
- Excellent communication skills and a strong grasp of both verbal and written English language
- Good organisational and planning skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment managing multiple projects at any one time
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills
- Good relationship skills and strong team player
- Creative outlook with ability to generate ideas
- Be a self-motivator
- Passionate about improving customer experiences
- Flexible approach to working hours and days – may include park visits across the UK
- Driving licence required
