The purpose of the role:
As a Marketing Growth Analyst, you will be pivotal in supporting both our short-term trading decisions as well as long-term strategies by optimising our Marketing efforts through data-driven insights. You will report to and collaborate with the Head of Marketing Analytics and Acquisition to unlock growth opportunities, enhance our overall marketing performance, and contribute to both immediate and long-term business objectives.
What you will be doing:
- Analyse marketing data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies.
- Utilise PowerBI to create insightful reports and visualisations.
- Measure and evaluate campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing and experiments to optimise campaigns.
- Create and maintain data-driven customer personas.
- Monitor and track key marketing performance KPIs.
- Collaborate with the Acquisition Manager on campaign execution.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve marketing efforts.
- Perform predictive analytics to anticipate future trends.
- Maintain and manage marketing data.
- Implement data quality assurance measures to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with the data development teams to enhance data capabilities.
- Present findings and insights to Marketing leadership.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging data technologies.
- Contribute to a culture of data-driven decision-making within the organisation.
Some of the skills and experience we are looking for:
- Degree or similar level of Education in Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Experience in marketing attribution
- Proven experience in analytics and data analysis using SQL.
- Strong proficiency in PowerBI or similar data visualisation tools.
- Knowledge of data development and database management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organised with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Dot Digital, Audiences).
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation.
- Knowledge of predictive analytics and statistical modelling.
- Understanding of data quality assurance best practices.
