A key member of the communications team, ensuring that all owner communication across the business is consistent, fit for purpose and on-brand to enhance owner experience.

Job Description:

  • Work as a core member of the owner communications team and the wider communications team to create on brand material that informs and engages.
  • Support parks/other internal colleagues to deliver required messaging
  • Collate relevant, timely content for newsletter, social media and email communications
  • Support the co-ordination of event calendars and invites
  • Raise POs and support management of the owner communication budget lines.
  • Project manage campaign activity across multiple communication channels
  • Manage day to day relationships with key production and creative partners.
  • Assist with any other communications activities required by the Owner Communication and Engagement Manager.
  • Gather, analyse and interpret continuous intelligence including industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Ensure that your behaviour and that of others reflects the company values.
  • Consistently seek out new personal development opportunities including pre-existing courses found in the internal training brochure.
  • Embrace and promote the Parkdean Resorts values.
  • On occasion you may be asked to perform additional duties or duties unrelated to your role after appropriate training has been given.
  • You have a duty to safeguard your own health and safety and that of your colleagues, customers and visitors. You also have a duty to co-operate with Management to enable it to comply with its health and safety duties.

Person Specification:

  • Appropriate degree or professional qualification and/or proven experience in a busy communications or marketing department.
  • 2+ years in communications or marketing
  • Experience of campaign management across a multichannel environment
  • Knowledge of digital platform reporting
  • A keen eye for design and ability to create artwork that’s on brand and meets objectives
  • Experience of working with agencies
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail and proof reading skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment managing multiple projects at any one time.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills
  • Good relationship skills
  • Good commercial awareness
  • Strong team player
  • Passionate about improving customer experiences
  • Flexible approach to working hours and days
  • Driving licence desirable as UK travel may be required.
