Job description



Field Based Role - Covering Southern Region.

Successful candidates must be able to attend an assessment day on Thursday 12th March at our Trecco Bay Park.

This role gives you the freedom to coach, develop, influence, and elevate retail standards across an exciting and varied region. 

What you will be doing...

  • Partner with Retail Central and Operational Retail Teams to improve key retail metrics, including gross profit, labour ratios, stock control, app adoption and guest experience. 
  • Deliver targeted coaching on parks where performance needs a boost. 
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify capability and people gaps impacting commercial results. 
  • Collaborate with People Business Partners and F&B Operations Managers to implement tactical action plans that move KPIs from red to green. 
  • Track and report the measurable impact of your interventions. 
  • Lead development programmes that build strong internal retail talent pipelines. 
  • Continuously improve programme content based on real feedback and outcomes. 
  • Identify high-potential team members during Quarterly Business Reviews. 
  • Facilitate sessions at national retail events. 
  • Build strong, credible relationships with Retail, F&B, Park Leadership Teams and third-party partners. 

About you...

  • Proven experience in training, coaching, and people development in an operational environment 
  • A strong track record of improving team performance 
  • Experience developing internal talent pipelines and succession frameworks 
  • Passion for people development and high-performance culture 
  • Project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities 
  • A proactive, self-motivated and relationship-led approach 
  • Experience or interest in F&B and retail 
  • Comfortable with field-based working and frequent travel
