· Monitor and report on DBS / DS, Right to Work, SIA and Reference checks completed throughout the
business and liaise with parks and central office to ensure the successful completion where there is any non-compliance.
· Complete regular system data review to ensure Parkdean Resorts is complaint in accordance with
internal policies and within current legislation.
· Provide training & support to Parks and central office on our internal and 3rd party systems and processes.
· Enter information into to our People System accurately and thoroughly.
· Conduct system uploads and be accountable for data inputted.
· Complete routine assignments independently.
· Complete tailored projects and other administrative tasks as assigned.
