What you will be doing... 

  • Working in a team of 4 you will support the People Compliance Manager ensuring 100% People Compliance across the business, this may include but is not limited to areas of compliance such as Disclosure Barring Service,(DBS) Disclosure Scotland(DS) , Right to Work, Security Industry Authority (SIA), Reference checks or Skilled worker Visas. 
  • Monitor and report on People Compliance areas throughout the business and liaise with parks and central office to ensure successful completion of checks. Where any non-compliance has been highlighted, then follow our internal escalation process. 
  • Provide daily support & training (group or 1-2-1) to Managers on our internal and 3rd party systems and processes. 
  • Act as an intermediary between our 3rd party providers and our managers. Communicating daily to rectify any application issues, providing support and guidance where necessary and seeing through to resolution. 
  • Complete regular system data reviews to ensure Parkdean Resorts is compliant in accordance with internal policies and within current legislation. 
  • Review and enter information into to our People System accurately and thoroughly and be accountable for data inputted. 

 

Some of the skills and experience we are looking for: 

  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail 
  • Confident & articulate with excellent presentation and written skills 
  • Highly organised with the ability to support on projects and processes at once 
  • Analytical and spreadsheet skills. Excel trained to at least intermediate level 
  • Ability to prioritise workload effectively 
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team 
  • Excellent practical knowledge and skills in using a range of packages, including Word, 
  • Be comfortable using package and bespoke systems 
  • Be flexible and adaptable 
  • Able to self-evaluate and continuously improve
