What you will be doing as our new Reception Rockstar
- Greet and assist guests with a warm and professional demeanor
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and effectively
- Manage phone calls and emails in a polite and timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Proficiency in [specific software, e.g., MS Office, training will be provided on internal booking systems ]
- Prior experience in hospitality or customer service
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
