With the festive season just around the corner, we’re looking for a friendly, professional, and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our team during the busy Christmas period.
Role Overview:
As a Seasonal Receptionist at Parkdean Resorts, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and assisting with a wide variety of inquiries. Whether it's checking in guests, answering questions about the park's facilities, or providing information about local attractions, your role will be key to creating a memorable experience for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and check-in guests, ensuring a smooth and welcoming arrival experience

Answer phone calls and emails, addressing guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Provide guests with information about the park, local attractions, and Christmas events

Handle reservations, bookings, and cancellations efficiently

Ensure all guest queries and requests are dealt with promptly and to a high standard

Process payments and maintain accurate guest records

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the reception area

Support the wider team in delivering a first-class customer experience during the festive season
What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a customer-facing role is desirable (hospitality or reception experience a bonus)

A friendly and approachable attitude with strong communication skills

Ability to work well under pressure and manage busy periods, especially during the holiday rush

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

A flexible and positive attitude to work

Must have own transport as this is not a live-in position

Available to work throughout the Christmas period, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
