We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Revenue Manager to join our team. As a Revenue Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimising revenue streams, implementing pricing strategies, and identifying growth opportunities to drive the financial success of our organisation.

What you will be doing...


In this role, you'll be the driving force behind our revenue strategy. You'll lead weekly meetings to plan how we can boost revenue at our parks, and you'll oversee all aspects of revenue management for specific regions. From creating budgets and setting targets to analysing booking patterns and market trends, you'll play a crucial role in maximising our revenue potential.

You'll also work closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to develop and execute promotional campaigns, and you'll keep everyone informed about our progress and opportunities for growth. Plus, you'll help train and support our team members, ensuring that everyone is working together to achieve our goals.

Some of the skills and experience we are looking for:

•    Proven experience in sales or revenue management environments.
•    Strong leadership development skills to inspire and motivate our team.
•    Proficiency in analytical tools like Excel, coupled with a natural knack for competitor analysis.
