Revenue Operations Executive

Ensure highest levels of availability for all sales channels, maximising occupancy and revenue whilst maintaining system accuracy and improving team processes and efficiencies. 

The Role

  • Ensure all products are accurately on sale according to open/close dates; that all inventory descriptions are accurately displayed to the customer
  • Address any inaccuracies, liaising with the relevant stakeholders to correct in an efficient time frame
  • Optimize inventory control procedures such ancillary extras, reducing all manual touch points through improving processes
  • Monitor capacity to ensure we have enough vs demand whether that’s through Hire Fleet/Flexi Fleet or retaining what we have
  • Engage regularly with key third parties maintaining availability channels, ensuring all products are on sale accurately, providing regular exception reporting
  • Support the Revenue Trading Managers on how to minimize the amount of time products are off sale
  • Practice good system housekeeping, ensuring parks and Customer Engagement Centre have easily accessible information on product and park
  • Review all current system processes, creating recommendations for automation of manual processes/ procedures
  • Execute and support the future on sale plan, ensuring we have all relevant information required to deliver the project
  • Update annual school holiday analysis to help shape pricing decisions, open and close dates, and complete regular analysis over key regions
  • Create and maintain all operational on sale dates, liaising with Revenue Trading Managers to ensure all information is factually correct and up to date throughout the year
  • Support the successful re-launch of all new fleet with all third-party channels, ensuring all units are on sale accurately
  • Co-ordinate workload across members of the team, supporting planning and providing regular updates on progress
  • Report any weakness or breach that you identify within the Company’s information systems or services (even if only suspected)
  • Have a duty to take care of your own health and safety and that of your colleagues, guests, and visitors
