What you will be doing... 

Responsible for overseeing and implementing the activities and leisure annual operational project plan. This encompasses all activities & leisure including timetables, leisure people and training, leisure retail, marketing and POS, specialist park requirements and financial performance. 

  • Overseeing the implementation of the Activities and leisure programme across the business; ensuring driving consistent delivery of activities and quality of customer service; ensuring customers are engaged and feel safe & looked after when attending all activities. 
  • Ensuring the successful implementation of the Activities and leisure programme across the business tailored to each park profile and that brochure and web commitments are met. 
  • Conducting ongoing research and observing competitors to plan the next generation of activities.

Some of the skills and experience we are looking for: 

  • Leisure management experience within the holiday park or activity holiday sector 
  • Good level of understanding of health and safety in the leisure industry particularly around activities 
  • Project Management experience – operating multiple projects simultaneously 
  • Previous experience in managing activity and leisure programme across multiple locations Budget management and operating P&L  
  • Leadership experience 
  • Pool management experience 
  • Leisure Management – training leisure professionals in delivering activities to customers 
  • Customer service experience
