£35,000 - £36,750
To provide a proactive and full end to end recruitment service to internal Hiring Managers across the Parkdean Resorts business, focusing on our Finance department as your area of expertise, along with ensuring value added and best practice initiatives, processes and policies.
The Role:
- Support, advise, guide and challenge Hiring Managers to provide quality appointments across the business
- Have a proven ability to successfully recruit for roles within a finance department
- Effectively recruit quality Team Members within the KPI of time to fill to ensure a professional and seamless candidate journey for both internal and external candidates
- Up skill Hiring Managers through presentations and training to ensure Recruitment and Selection efficiencies
- Proactively source (including headhunting) external talent for current vacancies
- Create engaged talent pipelines for Central Office teams with a key focus on Key Strategic Populations *
- Professionally represent the Parkdean Resorts brand at Open Days, job fairs, conferences, interviews and when communicating with all candidates and Hiring Managers
- Develop and lead Recruitment processes and projects which ensure the constant improvement of service and standards to the business
- Travel (where/when necessary) to ensure business support and coaching
- Design and implement the candidate attraction strategy including creating adverts, posting vacancies, direct sourcing, screening applications and liaising with suppliers
- Ensuring all relevant administration and documentation is secured for new hires to ensure Parkdean Resources is legally compliant
- Work as a Trusted Expert in the field of Recruitment, as an internal agency, to recommend benchmarking and competitor analysis to make key business decisions
- Support the wider HR function with additional duties where and when appropriate
- Initiate new ideas and thinking to continually build the Parkdean Resorts brand and increase candidate attraction
- Conduct the pre-screening of all candidates via phone
- Contact all new hires at 7 days, 30 days, 60 days & 90 days post hire to check in as well as obtaining referrals & promoting Refer a Friend scheme.
KPI’s – 15 fills per month, less than 30-day Time to Fill, Engaged Talent Bank of 12
*Key Strategic Populations – Finance, IT and Contact Centre.
