We're looking for a results-driven Talent Sourcing Specialist to play a pivotal role in driving financial performance by sourcing top-tier talent for our Holiday Home Sales teams and Complex Managers. This role is critical to growing and nurturing a healthy and engaged pipeline of high-quality talent. What you’ll be doing...
- Identify and attract commercially driven Holiday Home Sales Managers, Complex Managers and high performing Holiday Home Sales Advisors.
- Use performance data and insights from Regional Directors, Sales Managers, and People Business Partners to pinpoint critical hiring needs.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of financially impactful candidates through networking, competitor mapping, referrals, and LinkedIn sourcing.
- Pre-qualify and nurture relationships with passive candidates, ensuring regular touchpoints and readiness for future vacancies.
- Coordinate introductions with Regional Sales Managers, Regional Directors & General Managers to accelerate hiring decisions.
- Maintain a light-touch CRM to track candidate status, engagement, and conversion metrics.
Some of the skills we’re looking for.
- Willingness to travel as needed for talent scouting & park visits.
- Ability to conduct discreet and strategic outreach to potential candidates, including undercover or confidential approaches when necessary.
- Demonstrated success in identifying and attracting top-tier talent through proactive headhunting techniques.
- In-depth understanding and hands-on experience within the holiday park industry.
- Proven ability to initiate and build strong relationships with candidates from cold contacts.
- Results-oriented mindset with a strong drive to meet performance targets and contribute to business growth.
- Exceptional verbal communication abilities, with a talent for building rapport and trust.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including on-site visits to holiday parks, leisure clubs etc.
- Highly driven individual with a passion for achieving success and exceeding goals.
- Strong time management and organisational abilities to effectively prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- A collaborative team player who contributes positively to group dynamics and shared objectives.
