Our Administration Managers are the organisational backbone of our bustling holiday parks. A role of variation and opportunity, you’ll work closely with all departments to ensure the smooth operation of the park.

Your day-to-day.
You’ll be an ambassador for all things organisation and administration excellence. This means:
- Managing the seasonal payroll requirements and activity in an accurate and timely basis
- Assisting in the accurate management and upkeep of the health & safety system, ensuring all training, audit and investigation documents are uploaded
- Ensuring all income generated on park is properly controlled and banked appropriately, including filling in the monthly cash diary
- Ensuring all out of date owner gas and electrical tests are identified, rectified, and charged
- Complying with all company policies and procedures at all times, including GDPR, customer confidentiality and data protection to ensure the best service is provided to customers
- Coordinating the seasonal recruitment plan for park, assisting in placing adverts, managing job applications, and completing preparation for recruitment events.
- It is your responsibility to report any weakness or breach that you identify within the Company’s information systems or services (even if only suspected).
- You have a duty to take care of your own health and safety and that of your colleagues, guests, and visitors.
- Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility, and you also have a duty to report all concerns and co-operate with management to enable it to comply with its health and safety and safeguarding accountabilities.
