Your day-to-day.
Our managers are smooth operators and great role models, providing a seamless and memorable experience for our guests. This means:
- Actively engaging with all customer reviews in line with brand guidelines and SLA
- Supporting the team to ensure Guest Experience targets are met and continuous improvement is made in key customer metrics such as CSAT/NPS/customer experience scores/complaint ratio
- Supporting the development and training of the experience team, equipping them with tools and knowledge to succeed
- Ensuring that all communication lines, telephones & operational hours are managed and handled in a timely manner
- Ensuring that all gas and electrical testing is carried out within the agreed timescale
- Working in collaboration with all park teams and central support to ensure all standards across all areas are operating at a high level and offering a great service to customers.
