Newcastle upon Tyne

Looking to create amazing memories at work? An opportunity has arisen at our support office for a Finance Supervisor join our family.

The role:

  • Leading and managing the O2C team to deliver a proactive, highly skilled and engaged team

  • Ensure that the team has a robust system of controls that is monitored and reported on and build risk awareness across the team

  • Monitoring of service level agreements including KPI reporting to monitor service delivery against these agreements

  • Ensure resources are planned effectively to deliver core tasks within service level agreements to a high standard of accuracy

  • Ownership of the team training and development matrix that identifies the development needs of team members

  • Development and engagement of the team, setting and reviewing annual objectives for direct reports and wider team, holding regular 121’s and performance reviews

  • Lead the O2C monthly balance sheet reconciliation process and ownership for resolution of actions

  • Encourage a culture of high performance, professionalism and respect, including commitment to a high level of quality control and timeliness of delivery.


Person Specifcation:

  • Qualified / Part qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA  or qualified by experience

  • Strong people management and supervisory skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Commitment to high quality and excellent customer service

  • Strong planning, time management and organisational skills

  • Flexible and the ability to work in pressurised situations and deliver a quality product to agreed timescales

  • Experience in process improvements – timeliness, accuracy and efficiency

  • Highly numerate and analytical with excellent attention to detail

  • Passionate about customer service

  • Experience of high volume transactional process management

  • Our parks require 7 day support therefore the successful candidate must be flexible to work occasional weekends.
