Looking to create amazing memories at work? An opportunity has arisen at our support office for a Payroll Manager to join our family.

The role:

• Accountability and management of the payroll operation, ensuring the team are fully supported and highly motivated to deliver 1st class service
• Experience in managing large monthly and weekly payrolls
• Monitor and ensure payroll is fully compliant with National Minimum & Living Wage, HMRC reporting and submission deadlines and all pension legislative responsibilities
• Review of payroll balance sheet reconciliations ensuring variances are rectified
• Engagement with key stakeholders within the wider business to maintain an efficient payroll operation, drive consistency and continuous improvements in payroll
• Experience in UAT testing of payroll systems and driving efficiency through technology
