Customer Service Advisor

The Contact Centre, or Customer Engagement Centre, is the bridging point between our guests and our team members.

The Customer Service Advisors help to keep the show on the road, playing a vital role in ensuring seamless experiences for each one of our guests.

In this role, we look for someone who has a strong sales focus, is a pro at handling customer queries, is accurate and detail-oriented, and can handle complaints politely and patiently.

If you’re a stellar communicator, love working with people, and can think on your feet, you might just be a brilliant Customer Service Advisor candidate.

Whether it’s IT support or sales support, Parkdean Resort relies on its support staff to act as a welcoming voice and a helping hand.

The primary focus of this role is to promote and sell holiday packages within a fast-paced and fun team environment. In this role, you could be working on tasks like tweaking bookings, helping our on-park teams, or supporting staff in the Central Office.

No matter what the need is on any given day, you’ll be at the heart of Parkdean’s mission of bringing our guests' holiday dreams to life!

This is an excellent position for someone who’s managerially minded and feels confident working at the helm of a team of staff! A strong sense of collaboration will get you far in this role, as you’ll be expected to work with lots of other teams—a fun way to get to know new people across all of Parkdean’s staff.
