An Introduction...

As a new starter who has joined the holiday home sales team you will be given the opportunity to attend a 5-day induction course at the Parkdean Resorts Centre of Excellence. Here you will experience your 'Amazing 1st Day', before going on to attend a wide variety of short courses, designed to equip you with the skills needed to succeed in your role.

From branding and marketing, park tours and demos,  to securing the sale, you can expect a varied and fulfilling 5 days. You'll have the chance to meet a great group of people and have lots of fun, ready to return to park and get stuck in.

Meet the National Sales Director.

Kristian Evans

Kristian started his career with us at just 19, working as a Lifeguard at Ty Mawr Holiday Park. He is now National Sales Director, supporting our parks up and down the UK. He's recently completed the Mastering Business Leadership (MBL) programme provide by Parkdean Resorts in conjunction with Cranfield School of Executive Development. Kristian says:

"I loved every moment of my time on park at Ty Mawr, and still live locally. As Regional Sales Director working with teams all the way from South Wales to the Lake District, my leadership skills and strategic thinking have to be at a high level. The opportunity to further develop these skills on the MBL has been tremendously exciting and has helped me progress my career."
