What you'll do as one of our designate sales managers?
Think of it as sales leadership with extra adventure. You’ll lead and support multiple parks, stepping in where your skills and experience can make the biggest impact, but also learning on the job, and developing your own skills in the process.
As a Designate Holiday Home Sales Manager, you’ll:
- Lead, coach and inspire sales team across different locations to hit and exceed sales targets
- Develop and deliver structured sales plans tailored to each park’s needs
- Generate new sales opportunities through social media, events, and follow-ups
- Set the standard for team culture, communication, and customer experience
- Use Salesforce and video tools to connect with customers and Owners
- Build strong relationships with park General Managers and Regional Sales Managers
You’ll need a full UK driving licence and the flexibility to relocate or travel to different parks as needed. You’ll also need to be comfortable working weekends and holidays, because that’s when our parks are buzzing.
