Our immersive induction experience
Our induction kicks off with a 3-day residential experience at one of the biggest parks in the country, Southview Holiday Park in Lincolnshire. This is your chance to immerse yourself in the role from day one, hands-on, in the field, surrounded by top performers.
From there, the journey continues with a structured 4-week virtual group learning programme. You’ll stay with the same cohort you started with, creating a supportive, collaborative environment where you can share best practices, build confidence, and dive deeper into all things sales and service.
This continued learning blends interactive group sessions, real-world application, and guided development, ensuring you’re not just learning - you’re growing alongside your peers. The group you start with is the group you graduate with, making the experience not only educational but genuinely rewarding.
Practical, people-focused learning
You won’t just read about sales techniques - you’ll practice them. From day one, there’s a focus on a practical approach – whether that’s shadowing a sales conversation, exploring our current units on the showground, or running through realistic Facebook sales scenarios. It's a full skills-based approach with daily coaching, feedback, and real-world application. You'll also meet our National Sales Director, who personally opens every residential cohort, setting the tone for excellence right from the start.
