As a Contact Centre trainer, you will be responsible for gauging the training needs of individuals and teams, onboarding new talent, preparing presentations and teaching materials, ensuring trainee safety, and conducting feedback surveys to assess the effectiveness of training modules.
The Role:
- Own the Contact Centre Academy Program to develop and grow the talent and progression of the team
- Own the Holiday Sales Academy across the centre ensuring team are engaged in development and progression and supporting talent management and growth within the centre
- Ensure the delivery of campaign inductions across all Centre areas and report on a monthly basis
- Support the ongoing training program across all campaigns for all staff across the centre and on park sales to support compliance, ways of working and quality standards
- Responsible for ensuring staff attrition targets are achieved whilst maintaining a high level of staff engagement
- Review trends and performance and execute findings and suggestions to campaign and relevant managers on a regular basis
- Assist in the delivery of performance metrics and suggest suitable models and programs to develop improvements in sales and service delivery across the centre
- Work closely with all central teams to communicate recommendations for improvements to
- Drive sales revenue and customer service standards across the centre and parks.
