Your day-to-day.
- To be responsible and accountable for responding to day-to-day communication from various sources in line with the departments service levels and processes
- To process customer feedback through internal systems and escalate them to various managers within the business.
- To maintain and develop relationships between all accountable managers and their customers and to ensure that any follow up actions and deadlines are met.
- To offer excellent administration and organisational skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, as well as being able to complete a large volume of work quickly.
- To maintain accurate records and statistics.
- To report and communicate to key support personnel and management on problems which arise within Customer Relations or within the group and suggest solutions on how to over-come them.
- To have a proactive and flexible attitude towards achieving business targets and be able to work under pressure within a changing environment.
