Every day, you'll engage with customers across voice, email, and chat, providing expert support and solutions that make a real difference. Beyond first-class service, you'll play a key role in essential operations - from managing payments to conducting quality checks and reporting- helping to drive efficiency and excellence across our business.

What you will be doing...
- Respond to holiday-related queries, including booking amendments, cancellations, payments, and refunds.
- Assist holiday homeowners with account queries, membership cards, and compliance-related updates.
- Monitor multiple inboxes and process requests relating to refunds, payments, and general booking-related enquiries.
- Run and maintain key business reports, ensuring accuracy and providing clear insights to a wider audience.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to support team performance.
- Liaise with internal departments to identify trends, highlight improvement areas, and provide feedback to support business decisions.
