We’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused Owner Enquiry Advisor to join our high-performing OET Team. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in turning new enquiries into appointments by building strong relationships and guiding customers with warmth and professionalism.

What you will be doing...
- Maximising lead-to-appointment conversion by nurturing new customer relationships across various communication channels.
- Using your fact-finding and listening skills to understand customer needs and recommend the right ownership solutions.
- Delivering a seamless, personalised experience that helps customers take the next step in their ownership journey.
- Working towards sales performance targets while always putting the customer first.
