Regional Stock Executive

Job Purpose

You will be part of a great team created to manage the used stock for our Holiday Home Sales Department and will be responsible for a select number of parks.

You will provide real time support to our colleagues on park and also our external trade customers.

You will be required to build strong working relationships with our on-park teams to work collaboratively towards the successful achievement of company targets.

Job Description

• Loading units onto the trader portal and monitoring bids/offers
• Reviewing too old stock with the aim to reduce company levels by trading/rehoming
• Working with parks to reduce aged stock
• Providing in person support to parks through park visits when required
• Raising Manufacturer and Transport Purchase Orders
• Running Daily Sold Stock Report and updating trade logs
• Regular communication with parks to confirm collection status of trade units
• Assisting Parks by contacting traders to chase up the collection/payment of units
• Reviewing trader accounts to check payments have been made and are allocated
• Weekly Trade Summary Report to Parks
• Annual review of Park audits

• PC literate including Microsoft excel
