When people buy with us, we aim to make the experience clear, straightforward, and enjoyable! When you join the team, you’ll help our customers through costs and support every step of the way. Our promise sets us apart from the rest:

  • We’re transparent: Our awesome Holiday Home Sales team gives our customers all the information they need from start to finish
  • We offer a 10-day cooling-off period: We give people 10 working days to change their mind for some added peace of mind
  • Our 30-day money-back guarantee gives people flexibility to change their mind: Once our owners receive their keys, they have 30 days to change their mind, and we’ll refund them the price they paid, minus an admin fee
  • Annual pitch fee clarity: We only increase pitch fees by inflation unless new regulations are imposed
  • No finance commission: We don’t receive commission on holiday home financing
  • Minimum 15-year tenure: We’re proud that this is above the industry minimum of 12 years
  • 12-month warranty: For further peace of mind, customers get a 12-month warranty as a minimum
  • Holiday home rentals: Our scheme “Your Lets” helps owners rent out their holiday homes hassle-free
  • Owners can leave at any time: We keep the process as smooth as possible
