What you will be doing... 

  • Provide exceptional customer service in responding to day-to-day communications from holiday makers, central office or park teams. 
  • Work in conjunction with other departments across the business to ensure service standards are met whilst driving best practise across the business to deliver a one team approach.
  • Responsible for accurate data collection and input to ensure that we have insightful management information which will allow us to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Work efficiently across a range of communication channels and subject topics to prioritise key tasks that improve customer experience and add value.
  • To display a proactive and flexible attitude towards achieving business targets and be able to work under pressure within a dynamic and changing environment. 

Some of the skills and experience we are looking for: 

  • Passionate and caring about improving holiday experiences. 
  • Fantastic service skills across multiple communication channels – both verbal and written. 
  • Enjoy problem solving with a solution focussed view. 
  • Resourceful and forward thinking; always looking for suitable outcomes to meet the needs of our customers. 
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures with great attention to detail.
