Job description



You’ll be at the heart of the action, supporting our park teams as they deliver unforgettable experiences and top-notch products that set the industry standard. From planning and launching exciting new Entertainment, Specialist Training, and Holiday Packages to coordinating major Annual and Owner Events, you’ll make sure every detail shines and every guest leave with a smile. 

With a fantastic line-up of new products on the horizon, you’ll play a key role in bringing them to life across our parks - making sure each one is delivered seamlessly and to the highest standard. At Parkdean Resorts, no two days are the same, and your work will help shape magical moments for our guests, owners, and teams alike! 

What you will be doing...   

  • Working with the Casting & Delivery Manger, device the ‘end to end’ planning for the delivery and implementation. 
  • Support a cohort of parks to ensure all Entertainment product is operated and delivered to a high standard and monitor performance via park visits
  • Attend meetings associated with everything required to be delivered by park teams. 
  • Plan, deliver and oversee the training and development courses for all park team members 
  • Successfully oversee the launch of new concepts and calendar events 
  • Complete SWOT analysis mid-season for park teams and delivery for your cohort of parks
  • Programme planning in-line with Parkdean Resorts strategy
  • Review programme, data and guest feedback 
  • Complete swot analysis mid-season for park teams 
  • Liaise with other specialists in the team to support future delivery knowledge   

Some of the skills we’re looking for: 

  • Experienced in Entertainment delivery and team management 
  • Managerial experience in a multi-site operation 
  • Demonstrable experience in driving, monitoring and improving KPIs 
  • Motivated to undertake all parts of the role with enthusiasm. 
  • Deals well with pressure and is proactive 
  • Great communication skills 
  • Confident in leading discussion and training modules 
  • Strong administrative skills 
  • Commercial awareness and acumen 
  • Great people management skills 
  • Hold a valid driving license
