Are you a passionate and driven sales team leader? Have you got proven experience in leading a successful team to outstanding achievement? If so, then we would like to speak with you about an exciting opportunity for a Holiday Sales Team Leader at Parkdean Resorts.
As a Holiday Sales Team leader you will lead and drive a team of Holiday Sales Advisors to deliver an amazing Holiday experience to our customers resulting in the achievement of Holiday bookings and conversion alongside productivity and service targets.
The role:
- In this role you will lead a team of up to 16 advisors, you will inspire a culture amongst this team which places the customer at the heart of everything they do
- You will be proactive in your approach, taking responsibility for managing the team’s performance to ensure all targets and KPIS are met and set clear and concise objectives around this
- You will be a supportive leader, coaching you team with constructive, open and structured feedback and also ensuring that development opportunities are recognised and supported.
- You will lead by example in your daily work ensuring the team are engaged and motivated, you will do this by continually celebrating success and creating exciting incentive schemes
- You will work as a key team player across the Contact Centre supporting all areas through regular floor walks and resolving customer care calls. You will work alongside all teams to ensure SLAs are adhered too
- You will use your exceptional customer service skills to deal with customer feedback and complaints ensuring that you are resilient when required and the end result is in line with the business and customer need
- You will ensure and maintain a recruitment plan making sure key roles are filled and have an effective succession plan in place. Any new team members must receive a quality induction allowing them to excel in their role.
