An enthusiastic and committed person with strong administrative and IT skills is required to provide support to the Holiday Home Sales Commercial Director and Director of Customer Experience.
The ability multi-task and be reactive to priorities is essential as well as the ability to handle confidential information with the utmost integrity. You will need to be skilled in MS Office, diary management and able to work independently. Strong attention to detail and confidence in dealing with senior management is a must.
Duties include:
- Complex diary management
- Creating travel itineraries and booking accommodation
- Extensive and efficient email correspondence
- Organising meetings onsite and offsite
- Minute taking
- Compiling and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Liaising with team members ensuring deadlines are met
- Processing of expenses
- Management of miscellaneous issues
- Handling confidential matters with discretion
Essential requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in a similar role
- Proven diary management skills
- Exceptional standard of written and verbal English
- Competent with Microsoft Office suite
- Proven ability to produce detailed presentations
