What you will be doing as our new Surf Shop Sage... 

• Providing a warm welcome to all customers, you will have a positive and friendly attitude and ensure excellent customer service is always given. 
• Working with the Surf Shop Manager you will develop and deliver strategies to maximise profitability and margins. 
• With a close eye on customer experience, you will make sure the shop is always clean, tidy, safe, and well presented. 
• Identify and act on opportunities to upsell products to customers. 
• Monitor staff rotas, training, and performance.
