We're recruiting for a wide range of activity leaders for a versatile team with specialties such as HighRopes, Archery, and Bear Grylls Survival academy instructors. If you’re passionate about starting your Sports & Leisure career with us, we will provide you the training and qualification required.

The Role

• Maintain a safe
• Ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for our customers whilst participating in sessions by leading them to the highest possible standard in line with polices that are in place.
• Comply with all policies and procedures that are in place.
• Ensure that activity areas and equipment are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness.
• To assist and supervise customers in all areas
• Be responsible for First aid requirements, including reporting accidents and incidents to the management team.
• Work in a safe manner at all times to safeguard your own Health and safety and that of all colleagues, customers and visitors, in line with company Health and Safety policies.
• To carry out daily safety checks in the Department, including; Opening & Closing checks, Ongoing checks.
• Work with team members from all departments to ensure the guest experience exceeds their expectations

Person Specification

Hold current NGB Qualifications relating to the activities – This can be given for the right candidate.
Previous Sport/activity leader Experience is desirable
Experience in working successfully as part of a wider team.
Strong communication and influencing skills
Achievement focused
Customer focused
