So when you’re an employee, you can grab 50% off the cost of your Parkdean holiday. Not bad, eh?
2. Family discounts
Did you know that Parkdean has 66 holiday park locations across the country?
When you’re an employee at any one of them, you can bag 30% off any park-related spends across the country. That covers drinks food, activities, and loads more.
Not only that, but your friends and family qualify for a discount, too — because we recognise that time with your tribe plays a big part in your overall happiness at work.
You can score 25% discounts on up to 5 friends and family holiday bookings per year.
3. Partner perks
Parkdean has tonnes of brand partners who offer flexible benefits and perks to our employees. This could be anything from cheap-as-chips breakdown cover on your car to discounted tickets to local landmarks.
4. Employee Assistance Programme
Hospitality careers are rewarding in so many ways — but as with any other career, they can also be challenging.
