Are you a passionate foodie with a knack for leading teams and elevating guest experiences? At Parkdean Resorts, we're looking for a talented Food and Beverage Operations Manager to help us bring our food and beverage vision to life across our holiday parks.

This role is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a field-based environment, partnering closely with Regional Directors and local teams across up to 33 parks in either the North or South of the UK.

So, why Parkdean Resorts?

Well, besides the one-of-a-kind team culture, stunning locations across the UK, and the security that comes with being a part of the UK’s largest holiday park organisation, we can offer:

  • Up to 50% off holidays with us
  • 30% off park activities, food & drink
  • 25% off holidays for friends & family
  • Clear career pathways for those looking to progress

We want to be a force for good for our parks, people, and planet. Our passion is to secure the sustainability of our business, create positive change, and leave a green footprint for future generations to enjoy.

What you will be doing...

In this role, you’ll be instrumental in overseeing financial performance, enhancing guest satisfaction, and supporting successful operations in each park you serve. From food safety and quality assurance to team coaching and venue openings, you’ll be the go-to expert helping our parks reach their full potential.

  • Ensuring food safety policies and Parkdean brand standards are being followed.
  • Monitoring and supporting the achievement of financial performance, including sales, labour costs and inventory to ensure profitability.
  • Ensuring high levels of guest and owner satisfaction by monitoring food presentation, quality and service.
  • Reviewing customer satisfaction metrics to gain insights into guest and owner experiences, identifying trends, strengths and weaknesses and putting action plans into place accordingly.
  • Overseeing the smooth opening of new F&B venues in your region.
  • Supporting the corporate F&B strategy in the creation, development and delivery of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training content.
  • Participating in national strategic projects as required.

Some of the skills and experience we are looking for:

  • A proven track-record delivering outstanding results working in a high volume, fast-paced, F&B environment.
  • Experience of multi-site F&B operations management, profit & loss and cost control.
  • Experience creating, developing and delivering F&B SOPs and training.
  • An in-depth knowledge of company brand standards.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills with the emotional intelligence to deliver constructive feedback.
  • A full driving licence and the ability to work flexibly across various locations in the UK.

Whatever you do, please don’t filter yourself out! We are often flexible when considering an applicant’s skills and experience for a role. So, don’t be put off if you don’t tick all the boxes.

Are we the right fit for you?

At Parkdean Resorts we don’t leave unforgettable moments to chance.

We pitch in, we have fun, and we grow, challenging and inspiring each other to make great things happen every, single, day. We’re the people people, Parkdean people - we’re family, ensuring holiday happy is never far away.

We want to do all we can to create an environment and recruitment process where people feel safe and comfortable to talk about disability. For any reasonable adjustment requests, please contact the Stephanie at stephanie.wood@parkdean-resorts.com.
