Well, don’t worry, we’ll tell you all about it here as well as what you can expect at Parkdean when pursuing this kind of career.

Chef de Partie meaning

To get the “What is a Chef de Partie?” question out of the way, the term comes from French and, according to the Cambridge Dictionary, refers to a cook (they’re also known as Line Cooks if you want some extra trivia!) who is in charge of one section of the kitchen. Pretty straightforward, but what will you actually be doing?

Chef de Partie job description
