Job description
Sous Chef - Accommodation available
Southview Holiday park
Are you ready to serve up an amazing experience? Join us as a Sous Chef and get your teeth stuck into your role. From prep to plate, you’ll be hands on and highly organised, working at pace to serve up amazing memories for our guests.
You’ll need to hold a basic Food Hygiene Level 2 qualification.
The Role:
- Take a ‘hands on’ role in the production of menu items during service
- Working on the ‘front line’ and manage the prep production
- Ensuring the quality of the food production and presentation is maintained to company standard
- Participating and developing owners’ activities and events
- Working in a safe manner, with due diligence towards yourself, colleagues, customers and general public
- Training the kitchen team to ensure a consistent standard is maintained.
PDR is committed to Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of Children and Adults at Risk and expects all Team Members to share this commitment. Background checks including DBS (or equivalent) will be carried out if appropriate.
